By accessing or using the GeoDxT Technologies platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GeoDxT Technologies provides a multi-product geospatial SaaS platform including DocSuite (workspace management), AI tools, and logistics services. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the current beta period.

3. User Accounts & Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by GeoDxT Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoDxT Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
